Compatible with ALL your existing monitors containing ECG of ANY brand, the esophageal probes register ECG and respiration with most multi-parameter patient monitors, without attaching ECG leads on the patient’s body. Simply slide the probe into the esophagus, then attach the ECG lead clips from your monitor onto the three metal prongs on the connection box of the probe. It takes only seconds to insert and position the probe. Once placed, the probe will stay in position throughout the surgery. Due to proximity to the heart and ensured good contacts, the esophageal probe registers large and clean ECG tracings, making ECG and respiration monitoring much easier than ever before.
